YoungPlanet is a free app that helps families pass on children's items they no longer need.
Why YoungPlanet began
Co-founders and parents Jason and Emma Ash had the idea after their son fell in love with a second-hand ride-on fire truck at a yard sale. The owner chose to give it to him because seeing it used again brought back happy memories. That exchange became the starting point for YoungPlanet: useful children's things can create more value when families keep them moving.
How the platform works
Families use the app to list, find and arrange the exchange of pre-loved children's items. Community marketplace items remain free.
Historic listing pages preserved on this website are clearly labelled as an archive. Their availability is not verified here, and current items must be checked in the app.
