Our #CirculaTED mission...
We're on a mission to speed up the move towards a circular economy and encourage parents to join our incredible community of sharers.
Families often have usable toys, clothes and equipment that children have outgrown. Passing those items on can reduce waste and help another household avoid buying new.
As parents, we want to give our children the things they need/want. But landfill sites are filling up and the planet doesn’t need more new stuff.
Passing things on is better for the environment (and for family bank accounts). The circular economy is growing yet a lot of people are still unaware of its importance and how easy it is to get involved. Parents can lead by example.
Parents can lead the way from linear to circular.

What can families do now?
Start with one useful item your family no longer needs. Check that it is clean, complete and safe to reuse, describe its condition clearly, and list it in the YoungPlanet app for another family.
You can also share reuse ideas on social media and tag @youngplanetapp. This is no longer a prize draw.
