1 in 3 parents have thrown away toys in perfect working order and figures show that children have an average of four toys they’ve never even played with. In other words, we have enough stuff but we need to get better at passing it on. 

As parents, we want to give our children the things they need/want. But landfill sites are filling up and the planet doesn’t need more new stuff. 

Passing things on is better for the environment (and for family bank accounts). The circular economy is growing yet a lot of people are still unaware of its importance and how easy it is to get involved. Parents can lead by example.
